Every workspace member has a role. Here's exactly what each role can and can't do:
Inviting someone takes about 30 seconds. Here's how:
Open your workspace settings and click on the Team tab.
Enter their email address and choose a role: Admin or Viewer.
An email invite is sent automatically. When they sign up for GeoSwap (or log in if they already have an account), they're automatically added to your workspace.
Both plans support team collaboration. The difference is access to the Admin role.
Owner + unlimited viewers. Perfect for solo operators who want to give stakeholders read-only visibility into their geo-targeting setup.
Owner + unlimited admins + unlimited viewers. Built for teams where multiple people need to create and manage geo-targeting rules.

Every change in your workspace is logged. Who did what, and when. No mysteries, no finger-pointing.
Rule changes: created, updated, deleted, enabled, or disabled.
Team changes: members invited, removed, or role changed.
Settings updates: domain added, labels changed, billing updated.
Available to admin and owner roles from Settings → Audit Log.
