Geo-targeting is a team effort. Invite your colleagues to your workspace so everyone can see what's happening — and the right people can make changes.

Three roles, email-based invites, and a full audit log so you always know who did what.

Roles Explained

Every workspace member has a role. Here's exactly what each role can and can't do:

How to Invite a Teammate

Inviting someone takes about 30 seconds. Here's how:

Go to Settings → Team

Open your workspace settings and click on the Team tab.

Click "Invite Member"

Enter their email address and choose a role: Admin or Viewer.

They receive an invite

An email invite is sent automatically. When they sign up for GeoSwap (or log in if they already have an account), they're automatically added to your workspace.

Free vs Pro Teams

Both plans support team collaboration. The difference is access to the Admin role.

Audit Log

Every change in your workspace is logged. Who did what, and when. No mysteries, no finger-pointing.

Rule changes: created, updated, deleted, enabled, or disabled.

Team changes: members invited, removed, or role changed.

Settings updates: domain added, labels changed, billing updated.

Available to admin and owner roles from Settings → Audit Log.
