How does the rule HTML override work?

Your popup has a default title and description. When you add a geo rule, you can provide custom HTML that replaces the title and description for visitors from that country. The buttons (configured on the parent popup) always render below the content. This means you customize the message per region while keeping consistent CTAs.

Can visitors close the popup permanently?

When a visitor dismisses the popup, a cookie prevents it from reappearing for 7 days. After 7 days, the popup can show again. This balances conversion opportunity with visitor experience — no one wants to close the same popup every visit.
